EDT Process

EDT PROCESS

EDT Process redefines the way of how the experimental 3D electron diffraction tomography data is handled.

EDT Process can be used to handle experimental data sets collected using alternative electron diffraction tomography and X-ray single crystalmethods.

PRE-PROCESSING

  • Data pre-processing (filtering, central peak removal, background correction)
  • Peak search and adaptive peak intensity integration
  • Automatic beam-tilt series center alignment

VISUALIZATION

  • 3D real-time visualization (zooming, rotation etc.)
  • Advanced reciprocal space navigation
  • Reciprocal layers clipping
  • Real-time data browsing (viewing thousands of frames in real-time)

GONIOMETER TILT AXIS

  • Goniometer axis estimation
  • Goniometer axis refinement

UNIT CELL

  • 3D unit cell calculation in automatic and manual modes
  • 3D unit cell refinement
  • (3+1)D modulated structures unit cell calculation and refinement (NEW!)

3D VOLUME

  • 3D reciprocal volume reconstruction
  • 3D reciprocal volume real-time visualization
  • 3D reciprocal volume data extraction

QUANTITATIVE INTENSITIES

  • Integrated intensities extraction
  • Reconstruction of peak profiles in 3rd dimension
  • Oversaturated peaks intensity correction
